Our aim is to make available to users every detail about housing and follow the customer from a simple request for information on booking. The description of the accommodation, prices and specifications are provided by the owners who accept our service. Why are not indicated availability?
Because we want to maintain the quality of our service. Imagine that an owner should always update the calendar of reservations for each site where you publish your holiday home! Would weigh the work of the owner and, above all, in the event of an error, make the service very efficient, lowering the quality of our service, therefore we prefer that the owner will show us the availability in case there is an actual request.
Why are not indicated in the price?
Because the prices are variable, determined by the owner based on various factors (number of persons, combinations of weeks required). To influence the pricing we recommend that the request for information is always good to fill in the budget that will allow us to understand what the owner is willing to offer the vacationer for the period chosen, it will be the owner who will decide whether the execution of any possibly price suitable to your budget.
How can I make a reservation?
- 1)Request information on availability of the provided form contacts on the board of the vacation home;
- 2) Within 24 hours you will receive a reply via email from our team on the availability;
- 3)Respond to the email booking confirmation receipt giving;
- 4)You will receive a email with further details for the deposit of 30% of the total rent;
- 5) For payments by bank transfer or postal order must also send the payment receipt by fax to 0510930435, to avoid overbooking;
- 6)Received the fax will be sent an email with the outcome of the payment, the address of the accommodation booked and telephone number of the owner.
What payment methods are accepted?
The method of payment of the deposit is determined by the owner and one of the following:

I booked but I want to cancel. Can I get a refund?
No. Unfortunately you lose the deposit because in the rental of holiday homes shall not apply the right of withdrawal.
I want to book a holiday home in a week. And 'possible to "lock" before you make a reservation?
No. As soon as you confirm your intention to book a home you will have up to 48 hours for the payment of the deposit and send the payment receipt. We can not lock any apartment for more than 48 hours.
